Friend, I don’t know about you, but my greatest aspiration in life is to conform to the will of God. I personally believe there is no higher quality of life than one lived right in the centre of God’s will. And God’s will for you and me is excellence. Remember that He is an excellent God. He never did anything that was average. Remember that after creating the earth and everything within it, God looked at it and said it was “very good.” And if God calls something “very good,” I want you to know it must have been excellent! However, Scriptures tell us His highest, most excellent creature is man, because we are made in His image. You may not feel like it often, but you are an expression of God’s excellence. That means He expects us to copy His excellent pattern. I believe a mediocre, average lifestyle is a disappointment to God, because every human being carries that seed of excellence. And you know, how excellent your life is has nothing to do with how long you live. Jesus lived only 33 years, and there was no greater life than His. I personally have been acquainted with many people who may not have had the opportunity to live so long, but who accomplished so much in their short lives. So let me ask you today: What are you going to with the wonderful opportunity of life that God has given you? Are you going to waste it, complaining about the many things you don’t have that you wish you did? Or will you bring glory to your Heavenly Father by maximizing every potential, giving life your very best shot like He did on your behalf. I prophesy a life of excellence over you today. You will not end up a disgrace to your generation. God will take you higher than your highest dreams, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
