April 15: Something Beautiful Out Of Your Life

“The Lord hath called me from the womb, and said unto me; thou art my servant, in whom I will be glorified” Isaiah 49:1, 3

Read:Jeremiah 1:5; Isaiah 49:1-3; Romans 8:28-30

Many years ago we used to sing a beautiful song that said, God took me and made something beautiful out of my life. I owe Him my life. I can not let Him down. For He’s the one who’s made something beautiful out of my life. And you know those words are so true. We were lost and blind, and failures before God picked us up. We were at the mercy of Satan and the world before God rescued us and pulled us out of the corruption. Then He cleaned us up, washed us in the precious blood of His son, Jesus. And then He made something really beautiful out of our lives. Just look at yourself today and consider where God picked you out from. In fact, I was so hopelessly lost in a Moslem family when God dug me out and saved me! And yet we know that He had actually set us aside before we were born. He had already planned our glorious destiny even before we were conceived! He said to one of the prophets of old,” Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb, I sanctified thee”. Isn’t that awesome! Before my parents knew me or named me, God had decided that I would be a great vessel of His. My story was written before I had lived one day of my life! And what is most exciting about it is that God never writes a sorry story! Every story He writes is beautiful, creative, and unique. And that is what your life is: beautiful, creative, and unique. You may feel like what you see right now is ugly. But you are a miracle in progress. So thank God today for His plan and purpose for your life. Thank God that you are no mistake. You are no accident. You are a miracle. He took you and is making something beautiful out of your life. Congratulations. You are a child of destiny! Hallelujah.
