“Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defense is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not.” – Numbers 14:9
Read : Numbers 13:17-33; Romans 10:16-17
Remember the last time you were on a plane, how skyscrapers suddenly looked like little architectural models and men looked like ants? This is the advantage of height. On the other hand, grasshoppers must believe that humans are giants. It all depends on how you look. Joshua and Caleb viewed the giants through God’s eyes. You see, through God’s eyes, giants look like midgets; but from below, even ordinary people look like giants. We must climb to our rightful seats at the right-hand of God and learn to look through His eyes. To look through His eyes is to look every day into His word. Start to agree with His perspectives on issues. After a little while, you won’t be able to see it any other way. Practice shrinking every mountain, every obstacle by finding out what God says about it. For example, if you get a verdict that you are dying of cancer, God says, “by his stripes ye were healed.” That is His view point. It must become yours, too. Determine to see only through God’s eyes.
