Pastor Kermit Bekondo

Kermit Ebune Bekondo was born in Cameroon in Central/West Africa. He is the 11 th child of 16
children. Kermit’s life was influenced by his mother who was a born again believer in the Lord
Jesus. In 1993, Kermit came to an encounter with the Lord Jesus after 2 of his uncles shared the
gospel of Jesus with him and decided to fellowship with his mother who was already serving
Jesus.

He later went to the university of Buea where he was part of the student body of the Christian
Missionary Fellowship International. He held various leadership roles and was the student body
leader in his final year.

After University, Kermit moved back to his home town of Kumba where he continued his
leadership role and was made pastor of one of his church branches in Kossala Kumba.

Kermit migrated to the united states in 2009 and is married and he and his wife both have 3
boys. Kermit served as a deacon with the Abundant Life International Church and was ordained
as a pastor in 2025 and is currently serving as an associate pastor.
