Revelation 21:1-8
“So don’t remember what happened in earlier times. Don’t think about what happened a long time ago, because I am doing something new! Now you will grow like a new plant. Surely you know this is true. I will even make a road in the desert, and rivers will flow through that dry land.” (Isaiah 43:18, 19, ERV)
If you have cultivated the habit of brooding over things from the past that didn’t cause you joy, this is the moment where you need to draw a line in the sand and say ‘Goodbye!’ I like a line in an annual prophetic confession the Lord gave us several years ago. It reads: “Goodbye death, disease, sorrow, sickness, pain and failure — no more crying. Former things are passed away, and all things are become new. The night season is over. Daybreak is finally here. Good morning, heaven!!! I am rising up, and heaven is coming down to me. The Garden of Eden is my new reality. Days of heaven upon the earth are here to stay. Days of laughing, singing, praising, celebrating, rejoicing, and dancing will never end. Welcome heaven! Welcome Eden!” I believe God is making all things new in your life this season? Do you believe that too? Then give Him praise for it now!
Prayer: Father, I draw a line in the sand today and make this confession today (do it!)
