Isaiah 55:8-13; John 1:1-14
“So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11, AMPC)
God’s prophetic words are like the rain and snow from heaven. When we receive them from the Lord, they water the earth and cause it to bring forth and sprout. God’s words will not return to Him void, so when we receive them, they carry within them the power to radically change our lives. The Bible tells us that it is impossible for the word of God which He sends to us and which we receive to be without effect or be useless, but it will accomplish its designated purpose and prosper in its assignment. When we meditate on the words of God that the Holy Spirit quickens to our hearts until those prophetic words become our ‘dream,’ imagination and conviction, we access the gateway to heaven and become positioned to enjoy days of heaven on earth. Take some extra time to meditate the Word of God today and speak it over your life. Don’t just do it in the morning, do it right through the day every time you get an opportunity. It will prosper you and open up your new season!
Prayer: Father, I receive your prophetic word for my life today. I give you praise for it in Jesus’ name.
